PLUMBEX 2026

Delivering End-to-End Media Production for India's Largest Plumbing & Water Industry Exhibition at BIEC, Bengaluru

Context

Plumbex India 2026, organised by the Indian Plumbing Association (IPA), is India's largest exhibition dedicated to the Water, Sanitation and Plumbing industry.

As a first edition, the objective was not just coverage. The documentation needed to establish credibility, reflect scale, and serve as a strong visual foundation for future editions.

For Buffalo Media, this wasn't simply an exhibition shoot—it was a complete, multi-day media production designed to document every aspect of the event while delivering real-time content for organisers, exhibitors, media partners and future promotions.

Objective

To produce a complete visual documentation of the exhibition before, during and after the event while maintaining a continuous stream of content throughout the three days.

The project required simultaneous coverage of exhibitions, conferences, association activities, networking events, competitions, testimonials and VIP interactions, ensuring that every major moment was captured and delivered with minimal turnaround time.

Production Scale

Unlike a conventional event shoot, Plumbex India required multiple teams operating simultaneously across the venue.

This setup enabled simultaneous coverage of conference sessions, exhibition activities, competitions, interviews, walkthroughs and networking events without interrupting the visitor experience.

Impact

The project demonstrated Buffalo Media's ability to execute large-scale exhibition media production beyond Hyderabad, delivering consistent, high-quality content across multiple venues and activities simultaneously.

Throughout the event, organisers received professionally edited photographs and videos in real time for media releases, press coverage and digital platforms, while the final cinematic content now serves as the official visual archive of Plumbex India 2026.

With a 14-member crew, multiple cinema cameras, and a structured real-time editing workflow, Buffalo Media successfully delivered one of its largest exhibition productions at BIEC, Bengaluru, further establishing its capability to manage high-stakes MICE projects across India.

Outcome

Plumbex India 2026 strengthened Buffalo Media's position as a Pan-India exhibition and conference media production partner.

From the NEC Meeting and Curtain Raiser through three days of exhibition coverage and the final cinematic aftermovie, the project showcased our ability to manage large-format productions involving multiple stakeholders, concurrent event activities and demanding delivery timelines.

The final body of work now supports the Indian Plumbing Association's future marketing, sponsorship, media outreach and upcoming editions, while reinforcing Buffalo Media's expertise in delivering premium exhibition coverage at leading venues such as BIEC Bengaluru
